Travel Review: Italy Anniversary Vacation, Venice, Rome, Florence, Sorrento, Cooking Class, Walking Food Tour

From the moment we stepped off our plane and saw our driver standing with a sign with our name, we knew this was going to be a stress-free trip!  We've never been to Italy and wanted to see the classic areas: Venice, Florence, Rome and the Amalfi Coast (in that order).  It meant that we would have to take trains, which is also new for us.  I didn't want to have to try doing this alone, so I reached out to Zicasso. They put me in touch with two of their vendors.  We went with this company.  I spoke with our agent and let her know what we were looking for.  We emailed back and forth some minor changes.  She was so helpful.  She made all of the reservations for the hotels we chose; train tickets; private transportation from the train stations to hotel and hotel to trains and airport; tickets to all of the attractions and tours; and, recommendations for restaurants (not to mention the best places for gelato!). Every single "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted!!!  Every single driver was there and where he was suppose to be on time and with a big smile greeting us and making us feel at home.  The hotels were excellent.  The tour operators had our name on their list.  We had nothing to worry about.  I recommend Zicasso and this travel agency to anyone who wants a stress-free vacation.
