Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

They did an AMAZING job! Everything was perfect, and all of our guides, drivers went out of the way to ensure our every wish was accomodated. I will use them every time I travel to Italy!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Cinque Terre, Lake Como and Florence were all amazing experiences. Our guide in Florence was amazing! She was extremely entertaining in our visit to see Michaelangelo's David, and then on to the best Gelato and even where to find a nice Tarot Card set. We definitely plan to go back and spend more time in Florence--it was the best city we have been to and our guide was certainly part of that!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would skip Tuscany, or perhaps stay in a little town rather than at the castle. We were travelling with three children, ages 9 to 14, and it was a bit pretentious for them. The hotel was quite beautiful, but a bit sleepy for us.
