Worked with this agent at this Italy travel company. She was very helpful in planning our trip to Italy. She was very accommodating in making changes to the original itinerary and always kept me up-to-date on hotel changes, private transfers, tours, etc. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them. This agent is the best!

The hotels, private tours, transfers, locations, and suggestions were excellent.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The sights, sounds, food of the different cities we visited in Italy as very memorable. Everything went as planned on the itinerary. The hotel experience (staff, accommodations, breakfast) was great. The tour guides were prompt, knowledgeable, and very nice. The private transfers were on time and professional.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would plan for a longer trip.
