Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This travel agent did a fantastic job in providing my family and myself a wonderful vacation in Italy. It was done very professionally and took away a lot of the guess work from me. Overall I give this company a high review score.

There were a couple of issues.

Train tickets missing from Naples to Florence.

Didn't have tickets ready for us for "The Last Supper".

Rooms in Florence and Venice were not ready when promised. The clerks in both hotels were not pleasant at all and told us if we have an issue to complain to our travel agent not them. We also had no complimentary water for us for the first night.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We all loved Sorrento and the hotel we stayed at. This was our favorite part of the trip.

Our drivers and greeters and tour guides throughout the whole trip were all amazing.

All of our tours were nicely sorted out.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would of purchased more excursions in advance. It's very difficult to buy the tickets on site- for that day- too much time loss.

I wanted to clarify the comment about train tickets. In my communication 30 days before departure, I sent the revised trip package with the train tickets attached which was missing on the previous email. So the train tickets were provided in the final version 30 days before going on the trip.
