Travel Review: Italy Family Vacation, Siena, Tuscany, San Gimignano, Murano, Cheese Factory & Olive Oil Mill Tour

We are very glad to have the opportunity to work with Zicasso.   Immediately after I contacted Zicasso, they referred three local travel agencies from Italy.   They all gave me valuable advice and very distinct perspective of the travel plan.    After evaluating all the options, we went with our selected travel agency as their proposal best matched with our ways of vacationing.   It's a great pleasure to work with this agency as they are very friendly and professional.  They have been very attentive to our needs from the beginning to the end.   Throughout the trip planning process, they provided suggestion and listened to our travel and experience interests.   They were willing to modify as we went through various iterations.   Since it was our first trip to Italy, they really made it convenient to connect between different hops and maximized our time to enjoy each destination.   We did not need to spend any time waiting in line.   That was simply fabulous.   Thank you!
