Thank you for your feedback, we are distressed to hear that your honeymoon trip did not match your expectations. With how busy your lives are, you certainly deserve the honeymoon of your dreams.

Respect for our clients’ budget is of primary importance to us, and so we were transparent from the beginning regarding our concern that your budget and expectations were not aligned. With only six weeks until your scheduled departure, we discussed with you our apprehension that your desired destinations, the most exclusive in Italy, during the height of the high season, would not enable the caliber of experience that you had envisioned. Thus, we provided our recommendations for unequivocally exceptional options that would enable more luxurious accommodations and inclusions, such as the Italian Riviera. 

In lieu of these concerns and your commitment to the Amalfi Coast -- and who could blame you for wanting to spend your honeymoon in such an iconic location -- we offered to refund the cost of our services, and to turn over to you the complete itinerary, enabling you to directly handle all reservations. As you opted to continue working with us, we put our heart and soul into making this trip what you desired, and we are so disappointed to hear that you feel we missed the mark.
