Our agents and the team at this travel company did a great job of scheduling activities and tours that appealed to us and put together a great itinerary for an all-too-short trip to Italy. The hotels were comfortable, all of the tour guides were great, and the drivers were extremely courteous. On the rare instance that something did not go as planned,our agent was available by phone and took care of it very quickly. Great customer service!
