Very easy to work with, even being in different time zones.  worked well in coordinating while abroad as well.  Our boat tour got changed due to weather one day, our travel agency called us a few times at our hotel... we were at dinner so weren't able to respond.  They left a message with the front desk and she emailed us, so when we returned to the hotel we were aware of the change.

Communication was excellent, and the pricing was very fair.
