Travel Review: Italy Mother-Daughter Vacation, Rome, Naples, Sorrento, Capri, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Catacombs Tour, Gladiator Class

I was very impressed with our Italy travel agency.  Our agent and her team put together a fabulous 11 day trip for my daughter and me to Rome, Naples, Positano, Capri and Pompeii.  When I initially spoke with her, she asked me all the right questions about what we were looking for, how we travelled, what activities we had enjoyed in the past on other trips, what level of service we needed, etc.  Our agent listened to all of our needs, desires and preferences and the preliminary itinerary she put together was just about spot on.  We only made a few minor changes.  The final itinerary was just perfect.  All tickets, schedules, maps, etc. were organized for us in a handy binder.  The hotels were ideally located and all had top amenities.  The connections by train, ferry, etc. were all organized and went off with out a hitch. The local guides and drivers spoke perfect English and were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.  The activities that our agent arranged for us were wonderful and really added to our overall wonderful experience.  Last but not least, our agent was accessible and available to us during our entire trip.  I could go on and on, but perhaps the best endorsement is the fact that I have recommended her to several friends and would definitely work with her again.
