Travel Review: Italy Tour, Positano, Rome, Ravello, Capri, Rome, Sorrento, Cooking Lesson

By far, the most enjoyable and memorable part of our trip was the cooking class in Rome where we actually went to the farmers market, cheese shop and butcher shop to choose the ingredients for the day and then walked to a fabulous apartment where we spent the day with 2 wonderful people. We learned so much through this experience. I am going to teach my 3 children the same recipes we learned from the homemade pasta to the tiramisu for dessert.
