Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This travel agency was great! They gave the most competitive price. I had an idea about where I wanted to go but their suggestion that I include Orta turned out to be the best location.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Bellagio and Lake Orta

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have not changed their suggestions about hotels. In two instances I would have preferred the ones they suggested instead of the ones i picked.
