Travel Review: Italy Vacation, Bologna, Sardinia, Venice, Rome, Food Tour, Pasta Cooking Class, Sailing, 12-Day Trip

We loved the cooking class in Italy making homemade pasta, vegetables, salads and pana cotta—and look forward to receiving her recipes! We also truly loved the fantastic food tour in Bologna with our guide! We think he was the best guide we’ve ever had on any of our trips, ever! Very informative and very entertaining! A very skilled guide. We wish him best of luck in pursuing his career! It was so special to not only learn about three of our favorite foods—Parmesan reggiano, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto—but the end 12 course homemade meal was one of the best we had while in Italy! We also loved the sailing tour through the Sardinian islands. A beautiful boat, lovely company, and delicious meals along the way.
