Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

I contacted Zicasso to plan our trip to Italy since I wanted some help with this trip. They hooked me up with a fantastic travel agent that did an amazing job. He was very responsive and listened to our needs. Everything went off without a hitch! I would definitely use Zicasso again to plan another trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The hotels that were booked and the tours were excellent. I have never taken private tours before so I would absolutely do that again for sure!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Maybe add in another city to visit and a wine tasting tour.
