Travel Review: Italy Vacation, Cinque Terre, Bologna, Modena, Balsamic & Parmesan Factory Tour

The trip was great! All of the tour guides and drivers that our travel company arranged were great and knowledgeable and punctual. The one problem we had was there seemed to be a communication problem at times explaining what we wanted. A week or 2 before we left for Italy we still had not gotten a final schedule of when we would be picked up from each location, and how long tours were, etc. I had to make a sheet with blanks for the times to finally get that information. When I have used Zicasso agents before that was always provided way ahead of our trip. The reason I gave the company 4 not a 5 was because we had to constantly ask for the details.
