This travel agent was overall, pretty excellent! He was responsive very quickly when we needed him, and he solved whatever issues we had in our travels. The reservations were great, except one minor oversight with transportation. He apologized for the oversight and solved the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend Zicasso and this travel company to anyone!
