Travel Review: Italy Vacation, Montepulciano, Wine Tour, 12-Day Trip

Planning the trip began with a phone call where our trip planner learned a bit about what we wanted from our trip, and if there were any particular cities in Italy we wanted to see. We only went through two revisions on the proposed itinerary, which made it super stress free on our end! She really listened to what my mom and I wanted, and her proposed itinerary reflected that. One of our favorite cities was a place neither of us had even known existed, but our trip planner knew it would be what we were looking for. Everything was organized so well! We also had private drivers throughout our trip, and every single one was prompt and courteous. We were blown away by how smoothly everything ran. We would absolutely book through Zicasso again!
