Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This travel agent could not have been a better planner for our first European trip. He listened to what we wanted and hired fantastic tour guides. The hotels were wonderful. The entire trip was perfectly executed and our experience was fantastic.

Our agent was extremely responsive when I had a question. He was always there with an immediate response.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Actually every stop we did had something unique about it that made it special and memorable. We had just enough scheduled events with free time to explore on our own.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing I would say is I would have liked an extra day in Florence to shop! I didn’t realize most designers were right there! But it’s an excuse to go back!
