Travel Review: Italy Vacation, Rome, Sicily, Sardinia, Taormina, Alghero

Working with this agent before, during and after a fabulous 13 days in Italy was a pleasure and exceptionally customer-friendly experience.  I had contacted 2 other travel agencies, but our agent was first to offer detailed, comprehensive program within the budget we chose. Our agent arranged for the best locations and accomodations in Rome, Sicily and Sardinia.  He responded to any questions immediately, regardless of the time zone differences.  He ensured that we were well informed in a stress-friendly program explicitly laid out in the itinerary and timely delivery of vouchers and domestic airline itineraries.  Only one incident occured where a guide did not show up in Oliena, Sardinia. but our agent was quick to respond and tried his best to provide excellent cutomer service, was extremely apologetic and paid for two massages to compensate for the inconvenience.  I would highly recommend this agent for anyone planning a trip to Italy.
