Travel Review: Italy Vacation, Rome, Venice, Florence, Cinque Terre, Truffle Hunt, Wine Tasting

The app we used the 24 hr phone number to translate check in to our apartment and avoided the Wine tasting after truffle hunting. Truffle hunting was more a wine tasting tour than Truffle hunting. We were all wined up by the time we reached our second half tour and another wine tasting. 

The travel company members are professional, kind and accessible company. I would use them again but rhis time, I will ask for more pictures on accommodations, details on if soap os available or not snd if we need to pick up our trash. The apartment in Florence is a role model for customer service. They need huge compliments on their Communications and care. The Rome apartment manager did not come to che k out and she told us to dump all tbe trash in the filthy overloaded bins and also turn off thr AC and lights for her. This was stressful when we are trying to catch our flight back home. I forgoty travel bag in the bathroom in the process when I went back to turn off the lights. But once again the travel company 24 hr call number rescued us. I would use them again to book our South Italy trip in 2 yrs for saving my day. The driver refused to return to tbe apartment even though we had plenty of time. We turned on our phone carrier service and called 24 hr number and they called the driver and apartment manager to bring us the key. Thank you bery much.
