Outstanding to the last detail. Such a smooth well organized trip. Great family time! This travel agent is incredible at what she does. Our trip was tailor made to fit our needs and all excursions and guides were not only educational but funny and nice to spend our vacation with.  Our agent even rearranged some of our plans to best suit the weather forcast!  And took the time to meet us personally when we were in Florence her home city. That is outstanding service! Highly recommend this company and I'm pleased Ziccaso connected us.
