Our trip to Italy was simply fantastic!  Our travel agency, particularly our travel specialist, was very attentive to what we wanted to do and how we wanted to spend our days.  Our trip was a semi private tour which consisted of personal guided tours, group tours and time alone.  Our hotels were all lovely and the escort services provided were superb (more then we ever expected).  As we moved about from place to place, the organization and scheduling of events was mostly always communicated to us very well.  We only had one assistant that was not as experienced, however, that did not hinder our experience.
