Excellent. Definitely use them...we would again in a heartbeat!

Our rooms were in fantastic locations, so much better than we could have ever done on our own with a month of research.

All the tours, drivers and reservations went absolutely seamlessly. Everyone was on time, totally professional, helpful and we were beyond satisfied.

Thank you so much for the trip of a lifetime without all the stress and hassle of the unknowns...which were many. I'm not sure our relationship would've survived this trip if we hadn't had everything outlined the way it was. It enabled us to totally submerge ourselves into the sights and atmosphere without worrying about how to get from one place to the next or deciding/figuring out where to go.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I was surprised how much I like Venice & Rome. They both have a historic, deep feeling to them; you're absolutely submerged in history, art and architecture.

We also loved our hotels and castles. Each one was the perfect location with great amenities for each city we visited.

I also LOVED having drivers. There's NO WAY we would've made it fight free if we'd had to navigate through the hectic, organized chaos that Italian drivers thrive in!

And if we had walked, we probably would've been too hot & tired to enjoy the tour anyway.

Being able to relax and luxuriate in our surroundings & each other, and just wander without a deadline was probably the most enjoyable part.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Now that I've seen the necessary tourist sights (Venice & Rome) I would definitely go to more local and less...packed places with a more relaxed pace.

In Venice in particular, some of the locals were openly hostile toward tourists; one even yelled at us for taking a picture of her bulldog (which I would've done anywhere in the world...I mean, come on! It's a handsome, adorable chunky Bulldog!!!!)
