Our agent listened to our interests, special needs and provided a reasonable schedule making sure we were well- cared for on every step of the way.  Attention to detail was especially impressive as well as her prompt response time.  The tour guides she connected us with were professional, knowledgeable and very nice people.  We had an absolutely fabulous time and felt like we had a friend watching over us.
