We wouldn't change much, maybe an upgrade in a couple of the hotel rooms.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We work very hard to give our client the best experiences.  We originally had you in Rome with a complimentary upgrade guarantee but we had to change the hotel for you10 days prior to your arrival because you would like a room with a better view.  We are very flexible as we would do whatever we can to satisfy the needs of our client.  I wish I would have known the room was noisy to you as I would have taken immediate action and change you to another room or hotel.  Our local guide had checked in on you on a daily basis and ensuring everything was satisfying to your expectations.  I wish to see you again in Italy and share a good glass of wine, thanks again for your business and trusting us with your trip!
