Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This was truly an incredible trip and one that my wife and I will never forget. It was two weeks across 5 cities in Japan and I only wish it had been longer. We visited Tokyo, Hakone, Takayama, Kyoto and Osaka.

There were a couple of issues that we had with some of our guides that we addressed with our travel agency and they were very understanding and helped work through the issues and make everything right. They were top-notch in service, availability, and resolving issues to our satisfaction.

I definitely plan on using this company again in the future for another adventure.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The guide services for our Izakaya experience and our guide in Takayama were truly incredible. We cannot sing their praises highly enough. I would go back to Japan just to have them as our guides again. Also, getting an off day to go visit Nara was a ton of fun. The deer can be a little pushy but it was such a unique experience to see all these essentially domesticated, friendly deer walking around.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have 6 weeks to go visit tons of other places and eat our faces off in Japan. The food there is truly something else. Sushi will never be the same.
