Zicasso led me to the ultimate travel company. The travel company owner planned a trip for a friend and me that met our every wish.  We saw the sights you would expect to see in Japan, but we also saw things through the eyes of our accomplished guides.  Our accommodations were first rate and carefully selected.  We managed the bullet trains and we were met by guides or drivers who got us directly to our hotels, no anxiety on our part.  We saw the ancient and the modern.  We ate incredible food.  We also had fun taiko drumming and trying our hand at calligraphy.  We stayed in a traditional ryokan and a modern one in a skyscraper in Tokyo--both incredibly delightful.

I would recommend this company to anyone interested in going to Japan.  Our travel planner listened to what we wanted to do and planned accordingly.
