Travel Review: Lima, Cusco, Nazca Lines, Lake Titicaca, Machu Picchu

I Take the tour in Spanish because the English that they  use for explanation was very broken and very little explanation of the History.

TRAVEL COMPANY COMMENTS:

As soon as we read this traveler’s review we called her as we were really concerned since this is not the type of reviews we are used to receive. After speaking with her and revising her trip request we understood that her expectations didn’t actually correspond to the type of tour she requested; she requested a group tour without any indication of her interest on history, otherwise we would have suggested a private trip, because groups tours have to be appealing to everybody, it means that we do not focus on history only and also that we need to moderate the amount of detail of each aspect of the explanation.
 
As we learned that her discontent was genuine, not because there was a problem with our services but due to expectations that didn’t correspond with the trip requested,  we wanted to be supportive and restore her confidence in our company, so we offered her a credit on a future trip with us since she mentioned her interest in travelling to South America again.
 
As for our guides’ English, they are going through an evaluation process by our Custom Satisfaction Team, even though this is the first time we received a complaint like this about these specific guides, we have to make sure that their skills meet our standards. However we have to point out that there were many travelers sharing the tours with this traveler and we didn't receive a single complaint from any of them, nor about the English or the amount of history; and most of these clients filled our satisfaction survey, where they rated our guides from good to excellent.
