We booked a wonderful 12 day trip through Italy with this travel company, visiting Venice, Florence, the Tuscan countryside, and Rome.  The agency was very patient, answering all our questions, tweaking the itinerary, and offering last-minute help before we left.  Everything went very smoothly once we were in Italy, and all of our transfers and tour guides were professional and helped make it a joyous and fulfilling experience.  Highly recommended.
