Travel Review: Luxury Argentina & Chile Vacation, Santiago, Valparaiso, Vina del Mar, Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires, Tango Show,...

We loved Santiago, especially the Bicicleta Verde Bike and Wine Tour. The trip to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar was beautiful, although not the highlight of our visit. The city of Santiago is clean and safe, the people are friendly, and the mountains are amazing (on a clear day). We also enjoyed our trip to Iguazu Falls in Argentina. The Falls were spectacular, the paths were user-friendly and not too difficult, and the Hotel Sheraton was more than adequate. We are thrilled that we chose to stay at the Sheraton because it made our time spent at the Falls extremely easy. I would recommend staying there versus staying in town, any day! Loved the shopping in Buenos Aires - wow, we could have spent more time doing that and foregone the site seeing. The restaurants are quite delicious in B.A., and the Recoleta Cemetery was very interesting and worthwhile. Overall, we had a delightful trip to both countries.
