The thing I appreciated most about our agent and the team at this travel agency was the fact that they had wonderful taste. The hotels were extremely thoughtfully selected, and the quality of the experiences they recommended was superb. I can't speak highly enough of the team. despite the fact that we travelled over Christmas and New Year, they were always available and moved quickly to satisfy any requests for extras. Massages in the hotel, for example. Christmas presents for the kids in the hotel room.
