From the first contact with our agent, the service was outstanding. We emailed back and forth for a few months and she was very helpful and patient. She tailor made a tour through Costa Rica that would suit my young family. The tour was well organised with the transport reliable and efficient. Occasionally we were a bit disappointed with the third party tour providers who were not direct employees of our travel company but probably did not reflect the excellent customer service that they aim to provide. Overall we had a great trip.
