Travel Review: Luxury Culinary Tour through Italy, Modena Balsamic Tasting, Tuscany Cooking Class, Parma Cheese Tasting

This Italy travel company and specifically our agent did a great job catering to our desires.  We told her we wanted to explore the culinary best of Italy staying in the countryside or small towns and that is exactly what they gave us.  We had private wine tastings, a private Tuscan cooking class, private Murano glass tour, private parmesan cheese and Parma ham factory tours,and ate in some fabulous restaurants.  Our agent did a wonderful job even though we gave her only short notice of our desire to go.  When our plane was cancelled leaving, delaying us a day, she reacted quickly and moved things around to accommodate the change.  During the entire trip she was available for questions and suggestions.   Everywhere we visited someone was waiting for us to arrive.  Even though I pride myself on being a great researcher it would have been impossible for me to pull this off without this kind of help.
