Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Excellent service by our travel agent. Responsive, helpful, effective and kind. Great communication! We had a just about perfect family vacation in Tuscany, a family of 14 - a large group, not always easy to make plans for and keep things on track. Even during our trip, when we wanted to make last minute changes, our agent was right on it and everything fell into place. Very highly recommended!!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

It's Tuscany! The countryside, the food, the people, the art and architecture. The cooking class!! Lucca!! The David! Gelato! What wasn't memorable?

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Would not have ordered any groceries. Would have just done a supermarket run. We didn't eat much of what we ordered, partly due to differences in regional differences in products, cereal types, etc. but this was a VERY small aspect of our trip. And is the only thing I can think of..
