Travel Review: Luxury Family Trip to Italy, Rome, Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Capri, Murano, Burano, Cooking Lesson

This travel agent and his team, helped me plan a 12 day trip for my family of 5 to Italy this summer.  I thoroughly enjoyed working with this travel agent & felt he did an excellent job planning our trip.  Through numerous phone conversations and email exchanges, I felt that our agent listened carefully to our wishes & preferences and created an amazing itinerary for our family.  Our trip included 2 nights in Venice, 3 in Florence, 3 in Capri, and 3 final nights in Rome.  At each location we were met by someone who took care of bags, welcomed us and transported us to our hotel.  Our agent planned interesting tours and experiences that were appropriate for our 3 teens at each location, and really gave us a feel for the culture and areas we were visiting.   An additional challenge we faced was that one of my children has very severe food allergies.  Our agent translated all of his restrictions and food preferences into Italian, communicated this in advance to all of our hotels, and put it in a format that I was able to print and carry with me to give to all restaurants we attended.  I definitely plan on using Robert & his team again for future travels.  It was truly a 5 star experience overall!
