Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was wonderful. It was very well planned and organized. Each of the hotels selected fit our needs perfectly, in terms of location and space. I cannot say enough good things about this Italy tour operator, especially Cathy. She was very receptive to our requirements and was extremely professional.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The cooking class in Florence was superb, great fun and a memorable meal since we prepared it ourselves with the able help of Carlotta. The small group tours of the Vatican, Eternal City and Florence were perfect, they allowed us to see all of the key sights and have a knowledgeable local guide to point out all of the important things to know.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Spend more time in Florence, and avoid the extreme heat of August
