This travel agent helped my wife and daughters in a very unexpected way - when some trouble arose and he found out about it - it actually went to the island hotel and took charge personally to smooth out the issue of an unruly hotel guest!

On his own time using his own money!

Who would stop doing what they were doing, go to an island to help another and not brook any offer of payment?

I offered but he declined!

He did not have to do what he did - but he did it - and in doing so turned a cloudy threatening day back into a another sunny carefree day in paradise!
