Travel Review: Luxury Greece Trip, Santorini, Crete, Syros, Heraklion, Porto Cheli, Knossos, Acropolis, Wine Tasting, 16-Day Tour

Largely the service was good.  There were times when the response in the planning process was delayed due to various health issues.  The local guides were excellent.  There were a couple of mishaps in transportation, some within the control of the company and sometimes not in their control (the Greek transportation strike).  I was unfortunately forced to miss a night at a fabulous hotel in Santorini and instead stay at an OK hotel in Syros due to the strike. But I was not compensated for the difference or for missing some activities that were planned in Santorini.  I was told that was because vendors were paid in advance, but I can’t imagine concessions were not made due to the transportation strike.  
The service ice was good, but by far my best travel agency experience has been the one in Chile.  They are awesome!  I will be taking my third trip with them this January and February.  The other travel company in Japan is amazing too.  Taking my second trip with them this month.
