The trip was fantastic. It was well planned by this agent and her company. She was very attentive to our needs. She created a detailed itinerary book that contained all necessary information (addresses, phone numbers, tickets, vouchers, descriptions, travel advice, etc) in one place. Prior to the trip she responded quickly to requests for changes or questions we had about this or that aspect of the trip. She was also quick to respond to a question we had while on the road in Iceland. And she very efficiently took care of an billing problem from a vendor in Iceland that appeared on our credit card after we returned.
