For our 25th Wedding Anniversary, we wanted to make our trip special and Italy was our dream destination.  After some research on-line it was easy to get overwhelmed by the options, destinations and even after reading what many other operators offered, we weren't sure it was going to be what we wanted.  Thankfully we found this agent.  Our agent was most welcoming and very gracious in offering her knowledge of different options.  Through emails and a phone conference discussing what we wanted, our agent put together an amazing trip that we will remember for a lifetime.
