Travel Review: Luxury Italy Family Vacation, Florence, Umbria, Orvieto, Pisa, Lucca, Montalcino, Radda, Gelato Factory Tour

It was the Trip of a Lifetime.  We spent 30 days in Italy, half of the time included our children and grandchildren.  We stayed in Rome, Montalcino, Radda, Florence, a villa in Monsummano Terme, Orvieto and Fiumicino. Our travel agency understood exactly the type of trip we envisioned.  Our agent made suggestions on our itinerary and booked lodging and guides and drivers to complete our trip. The hotels were perfect for us, and the villa was gorgeous.  Many of her recommendations for restaurants and sights to see were very helpful.  She stayed in contact with us along the way, ready to answer our questions and make any additional arrangements we might need.  All of us were very pleased with our accommodations and activities.

We found out about Zicasso in 2013 through the website. At that time we were planning a trip to New Zealand. Zicasso recommended a travel agent, who did an outstanding job helping us plan that trip.
