Travel Review: Luxury Italy Family Vacation, Florence, Venice, Tuscany Cooking Class

Ahhh, one of the most memorable highlights was a cooking lesson in Tuscany. Our family of eight people spanning three generations learned together to make hand made pasta, traditional sauces of the region, salads and chicken saltimbocca with a truly kind and knowledgable teacher who opened his home atop a Tuscan hilltop to us and shared his families methods of cooking and eating and enjoying family. My son, who does not like pasta at all at home, couldn't get enough of our handmade masterpiece!  We ate, drank and shared time for hours that whiled away. A special memory for ALL!
