This Italy travel agency was amazing. They went above and beyond for us. They helped us plan our honeymoon. We knew we wanted to have an action planned trip with lots to do, but we didn't have any time to make the plans because our focus was on the wedding. They made everything so easy for us. The packet they gave us before the trip was very thorough yet incredible simple. They also matched us up with really great people, from the drivers we used, to the restaurant recommendations. They were also very easy to contact during our trip. We had some issues with our bags being lost through the airlines and they helped us track them down, they felt so bad about the mishap that was in no way their fault that they ended up treated us to dinner one night! They truly care about your experience and were great with communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Every vendor we used during the trip created such great memories for us it is really hard to chose. One of my favorites was our boat trip around the island of Capri. Before we even got on the boat we were asking them about possible places to eat because we didn't have reservations for that night and after discussing for a bit they ended up making us the reservation. Small things like this mean alot when you are traveling abroad and don't have access to a phone. Its truly the details that matter most when using a travel agency and this company didn't miss a thing!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

There was a day where we took a 2 hour car ride to visit Pasteum and a Buffalo Mozzarella factory. We didn't care for the archealogical ruins at all, and we were starting think we may have wasted a day with all the driving. However the Buffalo factory had the most amazing food, and was probably one of our best meals. The driver was fabulous and his car was great, but i think we would have skipped that day trip since it was so much time in the car.
