Travel Review: Luxury Italy Honeymoon, Tuscany, Soccer, Spa, Relaxation, Culture, History, Wine & Food

I cannot say enough good things about our agent and her company. I knew I wanted to honeymoon in Italy, but that was were my knowledge ended. On a whim, I searched Italy vacations and Zicasso appeared. I reluctantly, signed in, hoping it wasn't another website that sent unwanted promos. IT WASN'T. I received emails from legitimate travel agencies wanting to help me. I emailed each what I wanted my trip to include and mood of itinerary I wanted. Our agent emailed me back an example of an itinerary- including which parts of Italy to visit and things to do at each place. It was as if she was reading my mind. It was perfect! Probably, one of the least stressful things I did while preparing for my wedding was choosing this agent! I entrusted her with my honeymoon and she met and exceeded every expectation! 

Even when in Italy with no phone, just email, our agent was always in reach. She had everything planned out meticulously. Everyone she used was super nice! The hotels she chose were amazing. Every place we went to, we felt like we were apart of their family. We did have some hiccups in Italy, such as the airlines losing our luggage. I emailed our agent the information and phone number of the lost luggage claims. She made sure to call and handle the transportation of our luggage to our hotel. There was nothing she could not handle! I can not recommend this agent and her company enough. She will NOT let you down and you will NOT be disappointed!
