This travel agency did a beautiful job putting together our trip. Everything went smoothly and the private guides were excellent. For the one exception that we had trouble with a driver, they immediately made other arrangements and also refunded our money for that situation.

We are extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved the Opera in Milan and the wine tour in Verona.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Yes, we would visit fewer places and stay longer in each location.
