Travel Review: Luxury Italy Tour, Rome, Noto, Taormina, Agrigento Ruins, Mount Etna, Wine Tasting, 2-Week Trip

Trip was well paced. Everything worked as planned. 
Our driver was very good.  
The hotel in Ragusa did not live up to expectations. We were in a room outside main building with many many steps to get to. Once inside room the bath tub was up a very steep set of metal stairs that we never attempted to climb. This might be fine for the young and agile but we are old and don't want to fall.
Lunch in Siracusa lasted 2 1/2 hours with food that was good but we would have liked to have chosen the menu. Too long for a lunch.
Our wine tasting at the Winery should have been lunch too. 
I think dinner reservations should have been for a later hour. Sometimes we were the only guests, which is weird.
We liked the itinerary. With friends asking us how much we spent on various parts, an itemized invoice would be good. Such as, what premium did we pay to have you do everything. What did we pay for Zicasso to find the travel company too.
Our travel specialist was easy to work with before and during the trip.
It was helpful to have the greeter in Rome.
