Can we say all of it! But if we have to mentions some parts they would be the wonderful experience of the Dolimites. This agent arranges a very experienced guide-as they all were, a private boat trip on Lake Como was well worth the money. She knew we enjoyed wine and food so she arranged many vineyard tours and meals. My wife was very emotional to finally see Pompeii-a lifetime wish. A magnificent cooking class at Sorrento- with deep fried pizza-and we ate what we made. The difference in the scenery when we arrived at Matera was absolutely stunning. The most amazing focaccia tasting at Antico Forno Santa Chiara  bakery that dated from 1043 on the way to Noci. Another wonderful room in a Trullo in Noci.The best meal ever at a small village on the way to Castel del Monte. Climbing Mt Etna- almost got blown away-literally as well
