Travel Review: Luxury Italy Vacation, Amalfi Coast, Florence, Pisa, Rome, Venice, Pompeii, Sorrento

This Italy travel company did an outstanding job of planning our trip to Italy.  My agent answered our every request.  I was traveling with my 39 year old son who had never been to Italy before.  This was my third trip, so some of the activities I did not want to participate in so arrangements were made for my son so do these on his own.

Our flight was delayed getting to Venice, but my agent made sure we were met at the airport when we arrived.

The drivers and tour guides were well informed and most helpful in our travels.  The hotels were very good, but beds were not very comfortable in any of them.  

Our agent checked in with us every step of the way and was always available when we had a minor glitch that needed her attention.

Breakfasts were very good in each of the hotels except for the one in Sorrento, which was just so-so.  

I would use this agency again when traveling in Italy, and my brother is planning on contacting them when he travels there next year.

As I have family near Rome, our agent arranged for us a fabulous family dinner at a restaurant in Rome to greet our cousins.  It was outstanding!
