Our Italy travel agency and Robert did a amazing job scheduling this vacation for my wife and I. Rob has extensive knowledge throughout Italy and was able to tailor this trip exactly how we envisioned. We spent the early part of the planning over email and the phone making suggestions and listening to Rob's opinion and he listened to our goals/desires and used that knowledge to make recommendations for us. Not only was every detail laid out for us to our specifications but Rob was also in contact with his representatives in Italy while we were there to make sure travel arrangements and accommodations were up to par and running smoothly.
