Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a a wonderful and unforgettable trip to Italy. From the beginning, this Italy travel agency worked with us to create an ideal itinerary. Several companies provided me options, but our agency's timeliness and options were far above the rest, which in the end created an amazing vacation for my husband and me. The agency made every change we requested and also made suggestions of things we wouldn't have thought of.

This was my husband's first trip to Europe and he's already talking about our next trip to Italy, even though he hasn't seen anywhere else in Europe, he's now in love with Italy.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our travel agency set up private tours for us everywhere we went, and this really made a huge difference. We got individual attention and so much more valuable information by meeting with our tour guides individually in each location. The agency was touching base with each of them as we met with them to ensure they were with us, they really made sure we were taken care of.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing we would change is not doing the day trip to Naples & Pompeii. This was a long day and didn't provide as much fun and memories as the rest of the things we did, but we had to go one time to learn. Additionally, we would have spent a little more time in Florence... we absolutely loved Florence!
