This travel agent was FANTASTIC. She was such a joy to work with. From start to finish our experience was "top notch" It was so easy to get our profile set up with Zicasso and within days I had a couple of agencies contacting me. After having calls with 2 of them we picked this company. Our agent set a call up to understand what we were looking for in our trip. She took time to listen and asked a lot of questions. She provided a sample itinerary and we went from there, building a wonderful, magical, over-the-top trip 2 week trip of seeing Italy. She stayed within our budget and when we were tweaking things she was ALWAYS responsive. Every hotel was superb and the locations were the best in each city. The guides that she paired us with in each city were great. We learned so much and enjoyed every minute of it. We had lots of free time as well and our agent had provided us with restaurants, shopping, sites, etc. for each city we were in. Every detail was attended to, from drivers, guides, activities and what to tip along with insider information which was so helpful. Our trip was everything we expected and so much MORE! We did do the tourist stuff, but our agent had planned excursions that were off the beaten path (such as a wonderful cooking class in Sorrento on a lovely farm), what great memories we made and with all the planning done by this agent, we enjoyed every day knowing the details were taken care of.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Everything about our trip is "the best", so I am going to list a few things in each city, but I recommend talking with our agent as she has awesome ideas to make it "your" trip. Each day was AWESOME, but I don't have enough room to list it all. Venice - our hotel was on the Grand Canal with a gorgeous view and the location was the best. Taking a beautiful teakwood boat to our hotel from the train station and seeing the canals of Venice were "choice". ; Florence - this city was beautiful, not to mention our hotel was a huge apartment with a view of the river. The roof-top bar was the best for watching the sunsets with a glass of wine. We had a tour of the local markets and tastings, it was so much fun to taste salamis, cheeses, wine, pastries. Going to Tuscany and spending the day at a lovely boutique winery was the best way to spend a birthday. We had a private tour with a wonderful made from scratch lunch, with all the wine we could drink. ; Rome - so much history and seeing the Roman Ruins, Colosseum and Vatican I have no words to describe it, SO AMAZING. Our guide during during our stay in Rome took us everywhere and even made a side trip for us to the Catacombs. We enjoyed every single minute in Rome. Capri - WOW, what a wonderful place, I felt like I was a "Queen", our hotel faced the Mediterranean and had everything you could want and took such good care of us. Going around the island with our guide in a Gozzo and drinking wine and seeing the beautiful sea. Again AMAZING!! Sorrento - how beautiful this city is and to see the HUGE lemons and drink Limoncello, what more can you ask for. Driving up the Almalfi Coast was gorgeous! Each town we visited had its own history and seeing the cities built on the sides of mountains takes your breath away.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We loved our entire Interinary that Eleonora planned for us. If we changed one thing, having a couple of more days to enjoy the Almalfi Coast. We will go back to Italy, but visit different areas that we did not see on this trip. I can't say enough, this was a trip of a Lifetime for us and there is not one thing that I did not enjoy or would change. AMAZING!!!!!!!
